These terms govern use of the HEDAMO website and Product Disclosure Profiles. Please read them before using this site.
What HEDAMO is and is not.
HEDAMO is a disclosure methodology. It structures producer-declared product information. It does not verify, certify, approve, or endorse any product, producer, or claim.
Product Disclosure Profiles contain information declared by producers. HEDAMO structures that information — it does not assess its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Admissibility decisions — whether any declared information meets the requirements of a market, procurement body, institution, or regulator — remain with the relevant authority.
Use of this site.
This site and its Product Disclosure Profiles may be accessed for research, procurement reference, institutional assessment, and general information.
Sample product profiles are demonstration materials created to show the HEDAMO structure. They are not certificates, endorsements, regulatory filings, or live commercial disclosures unless expressly identified as active producer disclosures.
Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of producer-declared information remains with the declaring producer or responsible submitting party.
Information on this site should not be relied upon as the sole basis for procurement, regulatory, or investment decisions. HEDAMO structures disclosures — it does not endorse or validate them.
The HEDAMO disclosure methodology, structure, and brand are owned by Altibbe Inc. Content on this site may be referenced with attribution.
HEDAMO links to external systems including certificate registries, traceability records, and lab portals. HEDAMO does not control those systems and is not responsible for their content.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. HEDAMO is a methodology developed by Altibbe Inc.
