HEDAMO is a disclosure methodology, not a data platform. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.
What information is collected.
When you submit an enquiry through the Engage page, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is used to respond to your enquiry only.
We collect standard web analytics data — pages visited, time on page, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
When you access a Product Disclosure Profile, we record the access for system integrity purposes only. We do not track individual readers beyond standard server logs.
We use minimal cookies required for site function only. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.
What we do not do.
- We do not sell personal information to any third party.
- We do not use personal information for advertising purposes.
- We do not share enquiry content with producers, institutions, or any external party without consent.
- HEDAMO does not operate a user account system. No passwords, profiles, or persistent user data are stored.
