How HEDAMO handles information.

HEDAMO is a disclosure methodology, not a data platform. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.

What information is collected.

Enquiry information

When you submit an enquiry through the Engage page, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is used to respond to your enquiry only.

Usage information

We collect standard web analytics data — pages visited, time on page, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Disclosure profile access

When you access a Product Disclosure Profile, we record the access for system integrity purposes only. We do not track individual readers beyond standard server logs.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for site function. With consent, we may also use analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or third-party advertising trackers.

What we do not do.

  • We do not sell personal information to any third party.
  • We do not use personal information for advertising purposes.
  • We do not share enquiry content with producers, institutions, or any external party without consent.
  • The public marketing site does not require reader accounts. Workspace features, where available, may involve account creation and additional data handling. Those features are governed by applicable workspace terms, privacy notices, or engagement-specific agreements.
